Russia deploys mobile field hospital in Syrian village of Tal Ayub

14.10.2017, Syria.

Russian servicemen from the Center for Reconciliation deployed a mobile field hospital for the residents of Tal Ayub village in Aleppo district, TASS reported on October 14. Russian servicemen set up mobile field hospital in the village of Tal Ayub. More than one hundred locals have already made use of the hospital.

Andrey Perchaikin, hospital’s doctor, talks about the complexity of hospital work. “The most difficult part is the language barrier. If I talked to the patient directly, I would spend twice as less time in communications. Considering local peculiarities, hostilities, and devastation, poor water supply, nutrition, there are a lot of infectious and respiratory system diseases.”

The Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in the Syrian Arab Republic has already been working in Syria for several years.

The Center is engaged in negotiations with the local residents in order to set up peaceful life, as well as to deliver humanitarian aid, medical care, etc. For the whole lifetime of the Center it managed to help residents of hundreds of SAR towns and villages terrorized by ISIL (organization banned in Russia). Unlike the US-led Western coalition, Russia conducts not only military operations in the SAR, but also undertook extensive humanitarian activities. The Center for the Reconciliation of the Opposing Sides was established exactly for this kind of activities. Syrian citizens, who are tired of the war, support the work of the Center. Thanks to the efforts of the Russian servicemen from the Center for Reconciliation, representatives of a large number of towns and villages, who previously opposed tthe Syrian government agreed to sit at the table of negotiations.
