October 11 was a very important day for our comrades and fellow servicemen Ruyan and Schuka. Both had to undergo complicated surgeries.
Ruyan had an eye surgery at the Institute of Medicine at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN). Prior to this, Sasha [Ruyan] went through a two-week rehabilitation program treating the effects of multiple contusions at the department of neurosurgery. We wish him a successful surgery and a quick return to the service where new recruits are waiting for him.
Schuka underwent another face surgery at the Donetsk Republic Traumatology Center. Yura [Schuka] is enjoying a speedy recovery and is already able to get out of bed and walk without walkers on his own. Lately, Yura spends one day per week without anybody’s assistance when he tries to do everything by himself and he does great!
