On September 16, an explosive device went off near the building of a recruitment office in the city of Anthracite in Lugansk People’s Republic, a representative of LPR Ministry of Emergency Situations Viacheslav Tretiakov said on the air of Lugansk 24 channel.
According to him the device (reportedly filled with ammonite or TNT) was hidden by the terrorists under the curb. The blast blew out two windows in the building, but didn’t harm people.
Such terrorist attacks are not rare in LPR. On July 7, two improvised explosive devices exploded in Lugansk, the first was planted in a litter bin near a store, the other one exploded in a while not far from the first IED.
