The Ukrainian army’s militants opened fire on the Donetsk water filtration plant employees, who were driving from their work in the direction of Yasinovataya, at around 4 PM local time on August 14.
This is not the first attack on the utility company workers responsible for infrastructure. And the Donetsk water filtration plant has become one of the hottest flashpoints on the Donetsk part of the front, despite the fact that the plant provides water to the communities on both sides of the contact line.
