We have grievous news. Alfonso, our comrade, was severely wounded while carrying out a combat assignment in the area of Gorlovka. Domovoy, his commander, was killed.
Domovoy was taken to the hospital where he died on the same day from multiple wounds and fatal blood loss. He defended his land from fascism since the first days of war. He was a worthy and reliable man, strong, but at the same time very kind. He had a great sense of humour. People loved him.
Yesterday he was buried. He is survived by his four little sons. The little boys look very much like their father. His death is a heavy loss. We will cherish Domovoy’s memory!
Both Alfonso’s legs are broken, he suffered many severe wounds. His legs are now fixed with the Ilizarov apparatus. He regained consciousness, he is holding on.
