Andrey Parubiy, the Speaker of the Verkhovnaya Rada [Ukrainian Parliament – Editor] spoke on the necessity of signing the Agreement on Security between Ukraine and the United States on air of the Freedom of Speech talk show of the ICTV channel on June 19.
“It [the agreement] allows for the carrying out of special operations, the joint scientific and technical researches, and even stationing of the U.S. military reserve on the Ukrainian territory”, said the parliamentary speaker to the channel. According to him, the signing of the Agreement on the Security brings the cooperation between Ukraine and the U.S. to a new level“
Congressman Rick Larsen earlier spoke in favor of the delivery of lethal arms to the Kiev regime in 2018. The United States Senate approved the budget project involving $410 million in support of the Kiev authorities. The Pentagon is also going to spend 150 million US dollars for assistance including military training, hardware, lethal weapons, logistics.
