Schoolchildren from Makeevka and Khartsyzsk received humanitarian aid from children in Vologda, Chelyabinsk, Vladivostok, and Nizhny Novgorod, a correspondent of the Rossa Primavera News Agency reports.

As part of the “Children of Russia to Children of Donbass” program organized by the All-Russian Parents’ Resistance organization, a large shipment of humanitarian aid for schools of the Republic arrived in Donetsk People’s Republic. Students from Makeevka schools No 53, No 49 and No 72 received gifts from students of school No 153 in Chelyabinsk, students of school No 9 in Vologda, and students from Vladivostok school No. 9. Gifts from the students of school № 113 from Nizhny Novgorod came to the Khartsyzsk school № 7. In the boxes collected by the children, there are different office supplies, hygienic and cleaning supplies, as well as many toys.

“The most important is that we feel the support of Russia. Even with this gesture, that these cartons, which we will open with awe, have arrived to the Donetsk People’s Republic from the very distant city of Chelyabinsk, we feel your support. It is the warmth of your hearts. Thank you very much for this!”, – said the Russian language and literature teacher, Galina Viktorovna Tarasova.

“We thank the school No 113 in Nizhny Novgorod, all of the teachers and students there, who responded and provided us with great support! Thanks to all the activists of the All-Russian Parents’ Resistance organization, who organized this assistance, which is now absolutely essential,” said the deputy director for educational process of the Khartsyzsk School No. 7, Irina Anatolievna Ilnitskaya.

All this aid was delivered by the activists of Essence of Time.

In 2014, the All-Russian Parents’ Resistance non-government organization (Russian: RVS) launched the “Children of Russia to children of Donbass” program. More than 300 Russian schools and educational institutions collected and sent more than 46 tons of humanitarian aid to the republics of Donbass.
