Trench combat is underway along the whole contact line, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on May 5.
The situation is escalating on the Gorlovka, Donetsk, and Mariupol directions. The Ukrainian army is attacking the towns and villages of the Republic with artillery, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, and small arms.
The residents of Krasnogorvka, occupied by the Ukrainian military, informed that Ukrainian Command is secretly burying the killed Ukrainian soldiers while reporting them missing. There is information on the burial of bodies of 20 Ukrainian soldiers from the 72 Independent Mechanized Brigade.
According to recent data, on May 4, the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire 46 times. 15 houses were damaged. According to DPR PM Command, one civilian was wounded in his back during the Ukrainian army’s shelling.
