Center for Reconciliation: People of Syria received humanitarian aid

During the past day, Russia delivered humanitarian aid to 2,550 citizens of Syria, as the Russian Defence Ministry stated in the Humanitarian Bulletin of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation, posted on the official site of the Ministry on March 22nd.

During the past day, the Russian Centre for Reconciliation helped the residents of provinces of Aleppo and al-Suwayda.

6 tons of water and 350 sets with food were delivered to the city of Aleppo and Shahba. Schoolchildren in Aleppo received new backpacks, school kits, and toys. A total of 8 tons of humanitarian aid was delivered to the residents. Over 20 tons of food products were delivered to the city of Deir ez-Zor using parachute systems.

Since the beginning of 2017, the Russian Ministry of Defence delivered over 300 tons of humanitarian aid to the distressed regions of Syria.
