The Ukrainian army continues to shell Donetsk, Gorlovka and other communities in the south of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) with no drop in intensity, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on March 15th.
The situation is tense on the Gorlovka direction. The Ukrainian military shelled the village of Zaytsevo in the north of the city. As a result of the shelling, one civilian died in the hospital, and another one was injured. At least one house was damaged.
At the Donetsk part of the front, the Ukrainian army opened fire on the Kievsky district of DPR capital as well as the villages of Trudovskoye and Luganskoye west of the city. A gas pipeline was damaged in the northern suburb of Donetsk. Trench combat continues in the area of Avdeevka industrial zone.
The situation is tense in the area of Elenovka and Dokuchaevsk. The Ukrainian army is provoking trench combat on this stretch of the front.
On the south direction, the Ukrainian military opened fire on the village of Oktyabr and the checkpoint nearby with 120mm mortars. Moreover, the villages of Bezymennoye, Sosnovskoye, and Koninternovo in the Novoazovsky district of DPR came under Ukrainian army’s fire. There is no information on injured civilians.
According to DPR PM Command, during March 15th, one DPR serviceman was killed at the front line.
According to DPR PM intelligence Information, snipers, supposedly belonging to a foreign private military company, were noted in the area of the village of Mariinka occupied by the Ukrainian military.
During March 14th, the Ukrainian army fired over 3,000 munitions of various kinds on the DPR territory. 2 multiple story buildings in the Petrovksy district of Donetsk and another one in Yasinovataya were damaged.
