Trench warfare continued for the past 24 hours in the northern and south-western outskirts of Gorlovka. Zaytsevo and Shyrokaya Balka villages, as well as “Mayorsk” checkpoint came under Ukrainian army’s artillery fire. Fortunately, nobody got hurt.
On Donetsk direction intense trench warfare is underway near Staromikhailovka village, as well as in the area of Avdeevka industrial zone and Yasinovataya checkpoint. Zhabichevo village and airport area in the north of the capital, as well as Trudovskie and Aleksandrovka villages in the west came under artillery fire. 120mm and 82mm mortars were fired.
Dokuchaevsk came under Ukrainian army’s shelling. Damage of residential infrastructure is being reported.
Sakhanka, Leninskoye and Kominternovo villages in Novoazovsky district of DPR came under fire.
DPR recon revealed new Ukrainian army’s violations of the agreement to withdraw military hardware and artillery from the frontline. On Mariupol direction up to a company of Ukrainian tanks, up to a battery of 152mm “Giatsint-B” howitzers, a platoon of 100mm anti-tank “Rapira” guns and up to a platoon of 122mm D-30 howitzers were registered.
According to DPR People’s Militia Command, one servicemen of the Republic was killed by the fire from Ukrainian side in the past 24 hours.
According to updated information, Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled frontline districts of Donetsk People’s Republic 1243 times.
