On October 28, the Day of Liberation of Ukraine from fascist invaders, Bandera Nazi revenge seekers shelled a number of towns and villages of Donetsk People’s Republic on Gorlovka, Donetsk, Dokuchaevsk and Mariupol directions.
Tense situation is being registered on the northern outskirts of Gorlovka. In the evening Armed Forces of Ukraine started shelling Golmovsky and Zaytsevo villages by tank guns, mortars, grenade launchers; small arms are fired as well.
Avdeevka industrial zone, Spartak, Staromikhailovka, Trudovskie and Aleksandrovka on the outskirts of Donetsk were under Ukrainian fire. In addition to artillery, tanks, IFVs, grenade launchers and small arms were used to shoot at these places. Artillery and small arms are being fired at Avdeevka industrial zone throughout the whole way with small interruptions.
Approximately 100 152mm shells were fired at Elenovka. Leninskoye and Bezymennoye were shelled as well.
DPR recon informs on the increase of non-combat casualties in the ranks of Ukrainian army in the area of the punitive operation. In the past 7 days Armed Forces of Ukraine lost over 90 men, 11 of them were killed.
In the past week the enemy fired at frontline areas of DPR 2578 times, including 1673 times by tanks, artillery and mortars. Three civilians were killed, 18 were injured. Four servicemen of the Republic were killed, another 9 were injured. 45 houses and social infrastructure buildings were damaged or destroyed.
