01.08.2016, Russia.

Interim Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov called the video with threats to Russia spread by ISIL (Organization banned in Russia) online “empty bable”. According to him, this video was prepared by Western intelligence agencies. Kadyrov made this statement on August 1 on his official Instagram page.

With all due responsibility I claim that this “statement” is empty, it has no real power and ability behind it. We eliminated perfectly trained and armed to the teeth bandits from 51 country in Chechnya. Officers of the best intelligence agencies of the world ingloriously met their death here. The rest fled flinging up their heels!” Kadyrov wrote.

He thinks that this video is a part of the informational war against Russia. “Nobody will come to Russia! The threats, regardless of who is behind them, are like empty babble. Armed Forces of Russia made terrorists put their tail between their legs. Their days are numbered!” the interim Head of Chechnya added.

ISIL (Organization banned in Russia) terrorists published a video on July 31 in which a militants from desert training camp addressed President of Russia Vladimir Putin and states that terrorists will attack Russians. The extremist calls upon jihad against Russia.

The threats of ISIL (Organization banned in Russia) against Russia were followed by a terrorist attack in Syria on August 1. A Russian Mi-8 helicopter returning after delivering humanitarian aid to residents of Aleppo was downed in the area controlled by “Jabhat al-Nusra” (Organization banned in Russia) terrorists. According to preliminary information, five Russian servicemen were killed.
