Interim Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov called the video with threats to Russia spread by ISIL online “empty bable”. According to him, this video was prepared by Western intelligence agencies. Kadyrov made this statement on August 1 on his official Instagram page.

The rest fled flinging up their heels!” Kadyrov wrote.
