At least 26 houses are damaged as a result of night shelling of the northern outskirts of Donetsk, Yasinovataya and Gorlovka by Ukrainian army, Donetsk People’s Republic Operations Command told Donetsk News Agency on July 20.
“Two houses on Stoletova street, 19 and 22, in Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka in Rtutny village were damaged as a result of the night shelling. A house in Yasinivataya was damaged on 71, Vorovskogo street. Three houses, on 38, Signalnaya street, 38, Avtostradnaya street and 59, Naberezhnaya street were damaged in Kuybyshevsky district of Donetsk,” the source of the agency said.
In addition, the acting head of Zaytsevo village administration Irina Dikun informed Donetsk News Agency that approximately 20 houses were damaged during the night.
“The shelling was really intense, the residents of Zaytsevo spent the night in basements,” Dikun added. “The number of houses damaged by the shelling might be bigger.“
It was earlier reported that yesterday in the evening and during the night Ukrainian military launched massive shelling of Donetsk outskirts, Yasinovataya and Gorlovka. Residential buildings and gas pipes were damaged. The data regarding the aftermath of the night shelling of DPR territory by Ukrainian army is still being specified.
