Woman injured in the shelling of Gorlovka outskirts by Ukrainian military

A civilian, a woman, was injured in the night shelling of the Gorlovka outskirts by the Ukrainian military, a source in the Defense Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) informed Donetsk News Agency.

Around half past midnight, the Ukrainian army began the shelling of Gorlovka town. A 56 year old woman was wounded by shrapnel due to the shelling of the area of Gagarin coal mine,’ the source said.

The source added that the enemy shelled using 82mm mortars and grenade launchers from the area near the occupied Novgorodskoye village.

Also, the DPR Operational Command informed that the Ukrainian army fired over 400 shells at the front-line territory of the Republic during the past day.
