According to the Package of Measures for the Implementing of the Minsk agreements, which was signed by the Contact Group on 2015 February 12th, the artillery of caliber over 100 mm should be withdrawn from one another by 50 km, MLRS by 70 km, MLRS “Tornado”, “Uragan”, “Smerch”, and tactical ballistic missiles “Tochka-U” by 140 km. In accordance with the September supplement to the package of measures, the sides of the conflict must withdraw the artillery of caliber up to 100 mm, tanks and mortars. However, the Ukrainian side constantly violates the terms of the agreements and continues to shell the DPR territory using the above mentioned weaponry.
