Trucks of Russian Ministry of Emergency situations delivered a new batch of humanitarian aid to Donetsk and Lugansk, the Ministry’s public affairs office informs, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday, April 21.
“Over 100 trucks have arrived to Donetsk and Lugansk, bringing approximately 1200 tons of humanitarian aid, including food products, living essentials, medical products, fire extinguishing equipment, fiction and educational literature,” the public affairs office of the Ministry informed, noting that there were no unexpected situations during the transportation.
After the unloading, all trucks will head back to Rostov region of Russia.
This is the 51st humanitarian column since August 2014. A total of 60 thousand tons of humanitarian cargo had been delivered since.
