Staromikhaylovka township on western Donetsk outskirt and “Volvo-center” area near the airport were shelled by punitive forces on January 7 at approximately 21:00.
The Donetsk People’s Republic-controlled part of Zaytsevo village north of Gorlovka was shelled as well.
Ukrainian militant groups fired 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle guns, automatic grenade launchers and small arms. At least 10 mortars shells were fired.
