Kiev junta ignores Minsk Agreements Package of Measures.
“During every meeting in Minsk I stress the importance of urgently adopting an amnesty law and stopping the persecution of active participants of the events in Donbass,” Donetsk People’s Republic Human Right Ombudswoman Darya Morozova stated.
“There was no progress in solving these questions in the eight months of the work of the humanitarian subgroup (of the Contact group in Minsk),” Morozova said.
