15.11.2015, Stanitsa Luganskaya.

Kiev junta militants opened fire on civilians trying to leave the Nazi-occupied Stanitsa Luganskaya village through the only remaining checkpoint at a pedestrian crossing linking the occupied territory and the Lugansk People’s Republic. This was reported by the law enforcement of the Republic.

On November 12, near the old bridge over the river Seversky Donets, Ukrainian army soldiers fired machine guns and sniper rifles from the checkpoint located on the Ukrainian side at civilians who tried to get to the checkpoint of LPR in the area of the monument to Prince Igor,” a source in law enforcement recounted. He added that the OSCE observers located close to the scene of the incident did not respond to the call of the representatives of the Republic to file a report on the situation in the area where the civilians were fired at.
