“The number of Ukrainian army servicemen who flee to Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics has recently increased. This is due to the fact that Ukrainian servicemen realize how worthless a civil war against their brothers is, and due to the especially low morale and weak military supply and equipment provision“, according to DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin.
Eduard Basurin has urged the Ukrainian military to follow the examples of their brothers in arms and prevent the further bloodshed in Donbass by mutual effort.
