Pyotr Poroshenko, the leader of Kiev junta, has stated that the “best American instructors” will arrive to Ukraine in November to teach Spetsnaz special forces.
He added that foreign military instructors are already present in Ukraine and teach the Ukrainian National Guard units. According to Poroshenko, this is a mutually beneficial exchange: “Americans are interested in this – learning how to defeat Russia.”
Poroshenko made this statement during the meeting with the Ukrainian expat community in New-York. Poroshenko arrived to New-York in order to participate in the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.
Besides, according to him, Ukraine is not only not afraid of Russia, but also “is defeating it”.
