DPR prepared materials for ECHR on 150 war crimes committed by Kiev junta

DPR will submit the evidence for 150 cases of war crimes committed by Kiev junta’s militants Donbass to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), according to the Public Committee for War Crimes Exposure and Recording Charman Ivan Kospyl.

The cases of the best investigated war crimes will be submitted to the European Court of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court – these are our primary directions, and, perhaps, an International situational tribunal on war in Ukraine will be created. There are 150 such facts at the moment.

Kopyl has added that there is a large evidentiary basis and expert opinion on every case. “We work on preparing the cases to submit to the international courts all the time, our lawyers work non-stop. Currently 2,5 thousand cases of war crimes committed by the Ukrainian army are registered.
