Approximately 40% of citizens who have earlier left the most shelled district of Donetsk – Kuibyshevsky – have returned during the 10 days of ceasefire, according to the district administration.
Kuybyshevsky district authorities intend to restore more than 300 houses damaged by the shelling until the end of the year.
