The first apartment building in the history of LPR was put into operation in Lugansk on the eve of the City Day. 44 families have received documents of ownership of their apartments in the building.
LPR head Igor Plotnitsky commented that “it is very unusual to say the word “new residents”, since we still live in blockade times, but today we see a house, and here are the people who live in it. This is the first new apartment building of the republic.”
The construction of the house has started and was frozen even before the coup in Kiev. The residents have waited for the construction to resume for several years.
