Kiev junta’s punitive forces shelled Aleksandrovka township in Petrovsky district of Donetsk on September 4 – the shelling killed a local resident.
District administration head Maksim Zhukovsky:
It happened yesterday evening on Shkolnaya, 12b. This is a street in Aleksandrovka township. A shell torn a man’s arm off, shrapnel wounded him in the chest. He didn’t make it to the hospital.
