Radical “Svoboda” and “Samopomosh” party members protesting against authority decentralization amendments to the Ukrainian Constitution have attempted to storm the Verkhovnaya Rada (Ukrainian Parliament – ed.) building and clashed with special forces soldiers. Tear gas was used. Militants are fighting the police with long sticks. The square is covered with black smoke caused by smoke grenades.
