Kiev junta’s punitive forces shell not only the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, but also the territories it controls, according to DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin. He noted that the UN, OSCE and PACE have to provide legal assistance to the residents of these territories.
DPR military intelligence has confirmed the Ukrainian army shells Mariupol from its positions west of Primorkoye village. The residents of Spartak village who were shelled have already come forward with accusations against the Ukrainian army in Ukrainian mass media. We urge everyone who has suffered damaged or injuries from the shelling by Ukrainian army’s artillery to go to courts, to address UN, OSCE and PACE. We ask to provide them legal assistance.
At the same time Eduard Basurin has reminded that the junta continues to gather forces and military hardware for an offensive operation. He has commented on the claims by the Ukrainian mass media regarding the military victories which Ukrainian militants supposedly achieve in Donbass.
It is being reported that they destroy armored vehicles and artillery of DPR. There can be several explanations to such deception. Either the reaction of the public to the Ukrainian army’s offensive is being evaluated, or the Ukrainian military commanders are awarding themselves with non-existing achievements to be later awarded by their superiors, as already was the case after the devastating for the Ukrainian army Debaltsevo and Ilovaysk pockets.
