Donetsk has offered OSCE three steps that would help reduce the tension in the region in light of the increase in the number of cases of shelling by the Kiev junta, according to the head of DPR delegation in the Contact Group on peaceful settlement in Donbass Denis Pushilin.
We have come to an agreement with OSCE regarding three positions the implementation of which they are currently discussing with their supervisors. First – verification whether military hardware of over 120 mm caliber is withdrawn, because our territory is now being shelled by “Grads”. Second step – recording of shelling in night time, meaning visiting the places of shelling, recording by both OSCE SMM and Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination, and operative influencing, via phone calls, in order to stop the shelling. And the third step – intensification of signing the document for withdrawal of military hardware of up to 100 mm caliber.
DPR “does everything possible to arrange for implementation of these measures“, according to Pushilin.
