The monitors have been once again shelled in Eastern Ukraine, according to the current OSCE Chairman, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Daçiç.
Daçiç has once again called all sides of the conflict not to create barriers to the work of the Special Monitoring Mission and condemned the recent arson of the OSCE cars in Donetsk.
