The water pipes and the electric substation which provided water and electricity supply for over than 12 thousand residents of Pervomaysk, Lugansk People’s Republic, were damaged by the Ukrainian junta’s mortar shelling on Sunday morning.
120 mm and 82 mm caliber mortar shells were fired from the direction of Zolotoye city.
LPR People’s Militia:
Several mortar shells hit near the infrastructure buildings, which shows us the desire of Kiev’s forces to hit specifically the substation and water pipes.
