Gorlovka lost access to water supply as a result of a heavy shelling of the city by Ukrainian punitive forces, according to Gorlovka Mayor Roman Khromenkov.
The Ukrainian army has opened fire on Gorlovka at 03:30, the shelling went on for about an hour. One of the Nikitovsky district substations which provided electricity to most of the city was damaged as a result. This is also the reason water supply in the city has stopped.
He also added that the Gorlovka utility services are trying to restore the damaged substation. The information regarding the casualties is being specified.
